At Specifying Techniques, we believe in giving back to our community and supporting the next generation of professionals in the built environment
2020 will be recorded as a tumultuous year for all people. Businesses faced economic hardships and people faced tremendous challenges.
Specifying Techniques kept to our annual initiative strategy and on the 16th of November 2020contributed R30,000 towards the SAIAT bursary fund, supporting the next generation of professionals in the built environment.
Even during challenging times, we remained committed to our core values of supporting education and professional development. This contribution to the South African Institute of Architectural Technologists (SAIAT) helps ensure that talented individuals have access to quality education in the built environment sector.

In 2015, Eileen and Philip van Greunen embarked on an extraordinary journey to climb Mount Everest for charity, demonstrating our commitment to supporting meaningful causes beyond the built environment.
This remarkable achievement not only showcased the determination and spirit that drives Specifying Techniques but also raised significant funds and awareness for charitable organizations.
Just as we strive for excellence in our professional services, Eileen and Philip's successful Everest expedition exemplifies the same dedication, precision, and commitment to achieving ambitious goals that we bring to every project.
